On Friday, April 26, 2024, the Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club invites you to hit the course for a cause and join us in the first ever Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club Golf Scramble! This exciting event will take place at the Swan Lake Golf Course, 581 Dunbar Cave Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043. Registration check-in is from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, with a shotgun start at 10:00 am.

This is a 4-person golf scramble. Tickets are $240 for a team of four. Registration fees cover green fees and cart fees (2 per team), lunch, snacks and beverages out on the course plus other prizes and awards! Mulligan packages will be available for purchase online at registration time or in person at check-in! There will also be a Closest to the Pin 50/50 raffle, so bring your cash for a chance to win 50% of the pot!

The Scramble is a fundraiser benefiting the many projects supported by the Clarksville Sunset Rotary Club, including but not limited to providing custom fitted adaptive trykes to children who are unable to operate a standard bicycle. Contests at the Scramble

4 “Hole In One” Contests!

Every Player will get one swing for each contest (4 total swings) for a chance to win one of the following prizes! (150 yards for men, 130 yards for women):

  • Main Prize – $10,000
  • Scotty Cameron Phantom X Putter
  • Yeti Tundra 75 Hard Cooler
  • Bushnell Pro X3 Rangefinder

4-Player $100,000 Shootout

There will be a raffle on the day of the event and the four winning ticket holders will get a chance to make a hole in one for $100,000! (165 yards for men, 150 yards for women). Raffle tickets will be $5 each or 3 for $10.

Closest to the Pin 50/50 Raffle (Guaranteed Winner!)

  • $10 per shot
  • Winner will receive 50% of the raffle proceeds

25′ Putting Contest (Guaranteed Winner!)

  • 7-Night Resort Stay (at one of over 3,000 resorts across the world)

Men’s Longest Drive (Guaranteed Winner!)

  • Gift Certificate for a Round of Golf or a Day Spa anywhere in the US ($100 value)

Ladies Longest Drive (Guaranteed Winner!)

  • Gift Certificate for a Round of Golf or a Day Spa anywhere in the US ($100 value)

Mulligan Package – $20

Mulligans will be available for purchase with your registration or on the day of the event. Each package includes 2 mulligans, 1 drop and 1 skirt (men) or 1 throw (ladies).

Possible items could include golfer swag bag items, pin prizes, auction items, contest prizes, raffle prizes, food and beverage (ice, snacks, beverages, breakfast, lunch), or volunteers to help at the event.

The more the merrier! Donated items may include any hard or soft goods with your company name: hats, t-shirts, pens, towels, tees, golf balls, divots, gift certificates, etc. The only requirement is that there be enough of each item to disburse among our entire tournament player field (120 max players).
